2010 promises to start with a bang with American Pop and R&B singer-songwriter, record producer, actor Shaffer Chimere Smith, popularly known as Ne-Yo coming to Manila for Ne-Yo Live In Manila.
Ne-Yo was to work on what should have been Michael Jackson’s latest album before the latter’s untimely demise. He has been busy not only on the music scene but in the movies as well. He stars in a film produced by long-time friend Denzel Washington.
Ne-Yo has to his name 10 songs on the billboard Hot 100 as a lead artist and two number-one albums on the Billboard 200. He has amassed a catalog of chart-topping songs that he has written for other artists.
In store for Manila are live and extended renditions of his hits , among others, such as “Closer” “Mad”, “Miss Independent”, “Part of the List” and his super-successful single “Because of You”.
He also recorded the credits soundtrack for a Disney animated feature “The Princess and the Frog”.
Philippine concert fans will be treated to an unforgettable evening of really cool R&B hits and superb entertainment in the inimitable Ne-Yo fashion.

This December, SM Malls and Sony Music are bringing sweet-sounding Australian singer Lenka for a series of shows at SM Malls on December 11 to 13.
